General Trading Terms & Conditions

• Deposits are non-refundable
• All payments must be completed on the wedding date unless agreed in writing before wedding date
• If wedding date changes booking will be lost and will need to be re-booked
• Booking Fee guarantees that date with Tony Sarson Photography
• Photo prints and albums must be requested within 12 months of wedding date
• No refunds will be issued if photo prints are not requested
• No refund will be issued if photo book or photo album is not requested
• Unless requested otherwise photo prints will be supplied all sized to 6x4 and in colour
• Although the Tony Sarson Photography will do his best to produce more images than set out in the Price Packages as discussed with the client, there is no guarantee that any particular number of images will be produced
• All image sizes are nominal. Tony Sarson Photography will provide a pleasing colour balance but cannot guarantee exact colour matching owing to anomalous reflectance caused by a combination of certain dyes and materials especially man-made fibers. It is sometimes impossible to record on film or digitally the exact colour as seen by the human eye
• No additional travelling expenses will be incurred unless previously stated and agreed
• The Client is requested and strongly recommended to take out a wedding insurance
• Original digital images are kept on an active file for three months, after which time they may be deleted
• Due to the vagaries of the weather and the willingness of subjects, it may not be possible to capture certain requested images. No one image shall be deemed 'more important' than any other image or be treated as such
• Tony Sarson Photography reserves the right to use any or all photographs taken during the wedding for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed
